Definitions

• Partner: any cleaning business or individual registered on the Platform.

• Lead Packages: prepaid service packages that include a set number of leads.

• Content: all information you submit — business details, logos, descriptions, images, etc.

Registration & Account Security

Upon signup, we email you your login credentials. You must keep your password secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

You represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, up-to-date, and complete.

Payment Terms for Lead Packages

Leads are purchased in advance and are non-refundable. Please see our Refund Policy for more information. 

Partner Obligations

As a Partner, you agree to:

• Not engage in spam, deceptive marketing, or unfair competitive practices.

• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards (including insurance and licensing requirements).

• Provide honest, transparent descriptions of your services, pricing, and availability.

• Respond to user leads promptly and professionally.

Confidentiality & Data Use

You may receive personal data of quote-requesting users. You must handle it in compliance with all applicable privacy laws.

You agree not to disclose or use any confidential Platform data — such as lead-generation methods or pricing structures — except as necessary to provide services.

Intellectual Property

All Platform content and technology remain our exclusive property.

You grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute any Content you submit.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless comparecleaningquotes.com.au and its officers, directors, and agents from any claims, liabilities, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:

• Your interactions with users or third parties.

• Your breach of these Terms & Conditions.

• Any negligent or unlawful act or omission by you.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your subscription or credit purchases.

• Your use of the Platform or Content.

• Any agreements you enter into with users.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms & Conditions or misuse of the Platform.

Upon termination, all licenses granted to you will cease.
